So we are more than glad to share a quick overview of what we do.

New Roof

We carefully detach the old roof and by doing so the undercover is revealed that will allow us to inspect for damages such as rotten wood and termites. If any such issues are found we repair them and continue as scheduled with the installation of the desired new roof style.

Roof Repair

First thing is to inspect the roof and locate problematic areas. We check the severity of the damage done to the roof and also check for other issues that may be connected with the damaged area. We repair all known damages that we discovered during the inspection. Once the damages have been repaired are done we do a secondary inspection that will help us decide if the roof is ready for the rain.

Maintenance

We start off with a walkthrough on the roof and after removing all the debris. We follow it with inspections of common segments of the roof that tend to cause problems. Next we do a secondary walkthrough to reaffirm our decision that the roof is primed. If we find any issues we will inform you of what needs to be done. This process also holds true to residential roofs. And the difference between maintenance and repair is maintenance is to resolve problematic areas whereas repairs requires a portion of the roof to be replaced due to damaged areas caused by water, termites, etc.
